SEASONAL TRANSITIONS AT THE GENNY

One of our favorite ways to play with the transitions in Vermont seasons is to start to shift what we provide in our deli. There has always been a strong correlation between our offerings, what is in season in the field, and the weather outside. Salads become more autumnal, Hannah starts making soups and casseroles again, and we feature new sandwiches in our deli. In the spirit of this change, we are retiring our summer Tandoori Chicken Sandwich and Mediterranean Lavash Wrap later this month and onboarding a new fall/winter sandwich in the made-to-order deli. We have a few ideas for sandwiches we could add, but want your opinion! Which of the sandwiches would you be most excited to see (again)?
