Pullus, Štajerski Žametovka Rosé (2021)

This bottle marks the Club’s first taste of Slovenian wine. Featuring Blauer Kölner and Žametna črnina grapes alongside extended maceration, this bottle is an interesting departure from the Rosés most of us are used to. Floral and fruity, its flavors are not too different from what you’d expect but instead of strawberry think raspberry. Fresh and acidic, try alongside seafood, cheese & charcuterie, or on its own.
