Adaras Lluvia Blanco 2021

Almansa, Spain brings this bottle to us. Its Sauvignon Blanc brings forward the grape’s signature stone fruit and passion fruit flavors while Verdejo underscores the citrus notes and lengthens the wine on your palette. There’s some great minerality in this one, too. Lluvia Blanco is super versatile in terms of pairing, but we suggest trying this one with something lighter and herby. Pesto salmon, perhaps?
