Wednesday Globe Trotting Dinner for 1/17/2015 – Plokkfiskur: Icelandic Fish Stew which is a simple stew of line-caught Alaskan salmon, shrimp, haddock & local veggies in a flavorful stock with wine, herbs and creme fraiche. Served with Patchwork bread w/herb butter and pickled radish.
